| An Excerpt from Book Number 3 in the Sisters at Heart Series Overboard (We Fell in Love) I know some of you will want Rosemary Lazzaro's recipe for pizzelles. So, to save postage, here's the recipe she gave me, and I hope she didn't leave anything out! (Honestly, I haven't tried this recipe because I can get all the pizzelles I want ready made at Over Coffee, courtesy of our beloved Rosemary.) Blessings, Liz Rosemary's Recipe for Pizzelle |

| You can make many different kind. For lemon, you skip vanilla and the seeds and use instead 2 teaspoon extract of lemon and 3 teaspoon grated lemon zest. For the nut ones, you can add 1-1/4 cup chopped nuts (very fine) to batter. For the chocolate pizzelle, use 3 tablespoon cocoa powder (not sweetened) and 3 tablespoon sugar. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
